Bali in three days

Here is a little photo journal of my three days in Bali for anyone wanting to know some super cool spots if you, like me were short on time.

LA FAVELA

Everyone must go check out this gypsy eclectic haven. Even to just walk around and have a look. It’s an experience!

SOL BELLA VILLA

I was lucky enough crash at a friends private villa in Seminyak that they had been staying at for a week before I arrived. Super friendly staff, clean and modern open plan villa.

NALU BOWLS + SHELTER CAFE

Most epic breaky spot. Fresh and delicious! Could have ordered all of the plant-based items on that menu. Note: Nalu bowls is downstairs where you can just eat the bowls on the side of the road. If you go up to shelter you have their menu + the nail bowls which they bring up to you.

LA LAGUNA

What gypsy dreams are made of. We only had time to go their during the morning and check out the gypsy caravans and beach hut. At night they have amazing food and cocktails and sometimes open air movie nights on bean bags under fairy lights. You will have to check what nights they play movies as its not every night.

SINGLE FIN BEACH CLUB

Really nice spot for sunset. Super chill vibes, cocktails are around $10 which is a bit pricey for Bali but cheap AF in NZ. Note: The prime spots for watching sunset get taken up pretty quickly so get their early if you can OR do what I did - There is a little food/beverage shack to the left just before you go into Single Fin. We went in there and bought a beer each for 50c and walked out to there pretty much deserted deck and watched some of the sunset there.

BINGIN BEACH

Lots of stairs to get down to this beach but its set up really nicely with beach shacks where you can get some cheap food and drinks. Also this epic villa we went past getting own to the beach.

KARMA BEACH CLUB

Quite pricey at $65NZD to get down to the beach. Includes a day bed and I think some food and drink. The beach itself is absolutely stunning though so if beach clubs are your vibe then this is you!

OMNIA BEACH CLUB

We went here to see Teisto. Most insane night. It reminded me of being in Ibiza at the beach clubs they have there. Super upmarket and super pricey. You can buy day beds, booths and cabanas depending on your budget. Or just entry fee if you just want to cruise around without a day bed. We also stayed at an Air BnB villa that was about 5kms away so we didn’t have to make the hour long journey back to Seminyak.

SUKA ESPRESSO

Most amazing meal once again! Highly recommend this place if you are in the Uluwatu area for breakfast.

THE CASHEW TREE COLLECTIVE

Fitness + food retreat type spot but you can go in for meals regardless if you are apart of the retreats. I had a vegan Benedict and it was to die for!
